Adaptive Yoga

We here at Aloha Moon Yoga believe that yoga is for everybody! If you have a limitation that might make you unable to attend another offered class then this is the class for you. Held in a safe and loving space where you are free to be yourself and adapt the class to your needs at this moment in time knowing that everyday can bring new challenges.

Beginners Yoga

In our beginners yoga classes we will cover foundational yoga poses to assist you in feeling confident about attending other yoga classes. We are here to answer all of your yoga related questions so you feel comfortable in your practice.

Children's Yoga

Children’s yoga classes are fun and designed to meet the interests of each child attending classes. We incorporate games, songs, asanas, storytelling along with age appropriate yogic philosophy into each class. Children are encouraged through positive languaging, non-competitive activities, and development of leadership skills.

Circle

Circle is a facilitated safe and welcoming space where open-minded individuals are encouraged to share and listen in a supportive and judgement-free environment. Most circles are themed for a more enjoyable and meaningful experience.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga uses postures in combination with conscious breathing and mental focus to develop strength and flexibility. Through proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, Hatha Yoga cultivates awareness, balance, and a sense of relaxation.

Our personal training sessions are tailored to your specific needs based on your fitness goals.

Postnatal Fitness

Offering a gentle workout for mama after giving childbirth. This class helps aid and support your recovery. You will be challenged to reach your fitness goals -- whatever those may be.

Postnatal Yoga

Postnatal Yoga class is a great way to support the body's recovery after birth. In postnatal classes, postures, breathing techniques, and meditation offer a practice that supports healing, relaxation, and toning. Mamas may bring their babies for an experience that incorporates yoga and bonding with the baby. These classes are a wonderful way to connect with other new mothers in a supportive and healthy environment. Postnatal classes are appropriate for mamas from about four to six weeks postpartum and up until about six months, or when baby begins to crawl.

Pranayama & Meditation

Pranayama and Meditation classes explore the different techniques for meditation using breath, sound, gentle movement, and visualization. These classes create a quiet space to re-connect to your source of inner peace and strength.

Prenatal Fitness

Offering a safe, gentle, yet challenging workout for mama and baby.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga uses postures and breathing to promote flexibility and strength through a practice designed especially for mama's needs. Group prenatal classes cultivate a supportive, loving and caring community amongst expectant mothers. You can expect to make lifelong bonds with the other mamas in class. No experience needed, come as you are.

Rest & Restore Yoga

Restorative Yoga offers postures held for extended periods of time in a supported fashion. Alternately stimulating and relaxing the body encourages balance, deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Appropriate for anyone and everyone.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath. It aids in building confidence and assists you in staying present and centered. This class features several elements of traditional Ashtanga yoga—including sun salutations, standing poses, balancing poses, seated poses, dynamic stretching, and breathwork. All levels are welcome.
