Amy's love of yoga began over 20 years ago when she attended her first yoga class with her mom in 1999. She received her first yoga teaching certification in 2016 and currently has over 1000 hours of training. She is certified in Hatha yoga with advanced studies in prenatal, children's, adaptive, trauma-sensitive, pranayama, meditation, mindfulness and more.

Nathan is an avid runner and fitness enthusiast. He received his instructor certification in the Modern Army Combatives Program (MACP) in 2021 along with his RYT 200 certification in 2022. He is a certified prenatal and postnatal fitness trainer. Nathan specializes in uniquely tailoring each session with him to meet your personal needs and goals.
